What happens next...

The Appeals Program will:

Review your submission and the documents you provided in support of this appeal;
Request any required documents from the department that issued the notification;
Assign this appeal to an analyst for review, analysis, and response.

We will make every effort to respond to you within 60 days; however, it may take longer based on the complexity of this appeal. You can track the progress of your case at any time from our Home Page.
