The Appeals Program under the jurisdiction of Director of Personnel, reviews protests involving the recruitment process, suspensions of 1-5 day(s), probationary reduction, probationary discharge, classification studies, and miscellaneous personnel actions. Our program evaluates each appeal with respect to its merit under the Civil Service Rules and applicable policies and practices.
